Making our way to the Falls....
 A little artsy wood shot....
SPECTACULAR!  Do you spy the rainbow?
 So amazing....
Minnesota's number one waterfall!  (and highest!)
Torrents of wild water plummet 120 feet down to the Pigeon River in this park on the U.S./Candian Border.
The falls, the highest in the state, presented a serious obstacle to river travel, so a "carrying place", or portage was necessary.  American Indians created the ancient nine-mile trail from Lake Superior to bypass the falls.  This trail became known as the "Grand Portage."
Very exciting stuff for buddy....
Back in the exhibit center.....look up and see the eagle!
 Such a realistic mural!
(Goin' on a moose hunt....)
 Holla Turtle!
(always the poser)
just one more Mom!
